I love to work with students in the subjects of science and math, and believe I am not only helping the student, but also making a contribution toward the betterment of society. I want my students to think critically, and to be able to solve problems on their own.I have worked as a teaching assistant during graduate school, and also worked one-on-one with students privately. I have even worked with my own children in these subjects. Currently, I work in nanotechnology research and development. I am available to tutor students in pre-algebra, algebra 1-4, precalculus, calculus 1-3, elementary and middle school math, trigonometry, physics, multivariable calculus, math, science, IB further mathematics, IB mathematical studies SL, IB mathematics HL, IB mathematics SL, IB physics HL, IB physics SL, AP calculus AB, AP calculus BC, AP physics 1-2, and test prep, including SAT math.I earned my undergraduate degree at Stony Brook University, and I earned my Ph.D. at New York University. When I'm not working, I love to spend time with my wife and my friends as often as possible. However, I also enjoy quiet time as well, and use my downtime to read. Recently, I've even taken up inline skating just for fun.
